Photo-Realistic Images
|

Using images of current patent artwork, sketches and prototypes (if available), additional photorealistic 3D computer graphic images will be created placing the invention in a real lifelike setting. Photo-realistic renderings are powerful communication tools that convey to others the value and feasibility of a concept or vision. IPM will provide multiple views and angles of the product shown in a lifelike setting. Master copies of all images will be provided to inventor via soft copy. Hard copy printouts also available.

Brochure and Marketing Data Sheet Materials Creation
|
|
Using 3D color graphics, a multi-page data sheet and brochure package will be created. This marketing tool will allow you to present your presentation to companies via soft copy submission or hard copy mailing. The data sheets are also very common for tradeshow handout. IPM will provide Inventor with all soft copies via PDF and standard image formats. Hard copy printouts also available.

Multi-media Filming and DVD Creation
|
|
Inventor may submit prototype or invention pitch video clips via the internet, e-mail, and/or video/camcorder tapes via standard mail or shipping carrier (subject to content rules). If the inventor does not have a video clip IPM will assist in filming the video clip of the prototype or concept under certain conditions. All video clips will be added to the invention’s website and will be available for viewing to all internet viewers.

Website Creation using
Marketing Materials, Graphics, and Prototype Video Clips
|
|
Using all images, videos and literature gathered, IPM will create a Search Engine-optimized website that will be used to disclose invention to prospective licensees and venture seekers. IPM will procure a selected domain (approved by Inventor). All websites created by IPM will be featured on inventionsforsaleorlicense.com to help promote the sale or license of your invention.

Invention Posting to Relevant and Reliable
Patent/Patent-Pending Listing Sites
|
|
Using all images, videos, and literature gathered, IPM will list invention on other websites that feature patents and patents pending for sale or license. Such sites include but are not limited to www.freepatentauction.com and www.inventube.com. All invention listing sites will be reviewed with Inventor prior to IPM posting. Inventor will have full discretion and authority for the website posting.

Company and Prospective Licensee Analysis
|
|
Based on type of product, IPM will analyze available United States manufacturers/distributors and create a list of companies who would have potential to be a licensee or assignee of intellectual property. A full list of the companies along with contact information will be saved on file and will be available to inventor.

|
Company Solicitation and Communication Management
|
|
Based on prospective licensee list generated, IPM shall make all communication attempts to disclose brief sheet, brochures, patent documentation/artwork, and other relevant information (website address, video clips, etc.) to prospective companies, up to 10 maximum companies if such quantity exists and is applicable to invention. A communication tracking list will be maintained by IPM and this list will document the communication attempts and respective responses. Inventor understands that even though companies may allow the receipt of inventions they may choose not to respond in a timely manner or even at all. IPM will make all attempts to gain a documented response from each company solicited however no guarantees can be made that a company response will be given.
